I'm now beginning work on another collab. It's entitled Cardboard City, a Collab. The general theme is to use only cardboard textures and animate them in any way. The project will turn out as an eclectic gathering of scenes depicting tranquility in a city. Should be really fun to make and really fun to watch when it's all done. I'm pushing for Jaga Jazzist as the music. Check out their album, A Livingroom Hush. It's really really great. Super chill but super interesting. Anyways, I'll have previews of all my parts in the thread for this collab, so look into it and get some previews.
In other news, life in Pittsburgh is great for the most part. Money always sucks, but in the end it always seems to work out. Hopefully next year I'll be moving closer to my school. This also involves me living rent free if it works out. It'd be a set of studios for artists, and instead of paying cash (the equivalent of special paper with pretend value), I'll actually do my art in some way for the community for a certain number of hours each month. Awesome, right?
Also, I've been on a big Super Mario RPG kick right now. I haven't been playing it (I don't think I ever will again), but I have been reminiscing about the great times and awesome characters. I'd been brainstorming an idea on how to put a little piece of SMRPG into my sig. I was going to put the little Samus cameo in there, but I think what I actually did turned out a lot better.
